Musings on Yoga, Life, and the Yoga Life

My little ashtanga yoga life

Here I am, ashtangi and recent college grad/yoga training grad in the process of creating my brand-new grown-up life from the ground up. As I scour the city for decent jobs, write zillions of cover letters, navigate the nuances of a committed romantic relationship, and orient myself to a new environment and a new life, my yoga keeps me sane. I am so thankful for this practice, which helps to keep me grounded and focused (more than I could be otherwise) even as my life is in such a whirlwind. Vande gurunam charanaravinde! Thank you to the Supreme Guru, the multitude of gurus, and the multitude of teachers who hand down this practice and to all the sincere practitioners who keep it alive.
